We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a homestage.io Pro subscription or credit pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at support@homestage.io and we will help you.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself refund past payments — request a refund as described above if you are within 30 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
