Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of homestage.io (the "Service"), a web application for drawing and importing floor plans, viewing them in 3D and furnishing them. The Service is provided by Moiety AB, a Swedish company (org. no. 559073-3746) trading as homestage.io ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you enter into an agreement with Moiety AB.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a guardian. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Projects created without an account ("guest projects") are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted unless you create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law;
• engage in fraud, spam or abuse, including creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits;
• upload content or submit links that infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including distributing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
• reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent usage limits.

4. AI features

• The Service uses AI to analyse uploaded floor plan images and to generate 3D furniture models from product links you submit.
• You are responsible for the images and links you submit and confirm you have the right to use them.
• AI output (including estimated scale, walls, rooms and furniture dimensions) may be inaccurate. Always verify measurements before relying on them for construction, renovation or purchases. The Service is not professional architectural or engineering advice.
• Rights holders can report infringing content to support@homestage.io. We may remove or restrict content, refuse to generate output, and suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related intellectual property, including software, 3D furniture catalog, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your own plans and uploaded images, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. Credits, plans and payment

AI features consume credits. Free and paid plans include credit allowances as described on our pricing page, and additional credits can be purchased. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. After termination your projects may be deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
